Upgrading the Subscription Plan

If you're looking to upgrade your subscription, it's easy to do so from the Subscriptions page in your profile.

1. Go to My Account → Subscriptions. You'll see your current plan listed in a table, along with its ID, start and end dates, status, billing info, and an Actions column.
2. Click the Upgrade button next to the Actions column to view your upgrade options. You can also click Upgrade now in the top navigation bar, which takes you directly to the pricing page.
3. On the upgrade page, you'll see the cost difference between your current plan and the higher-level plans. Choose the plan you'd like to upgrade to.
4. For a faster option, use 1-click upgrade directly from the pricing page — no need to go through the full flow.

Whether you use the Upgrade button or the 1-click option, you'll get access to your new plan's benefits right away.

Cancelling the Subscription Plan

Paddle or YooKassa payments

1. Go to My Account → Subscriptions.
2. Click Details in the Actions column next to your plan.
3. In the Subscription details window, click Cancel subscription, located below your payment details.
   
   

From this same window, you can also see your billing cycle, next billing date and amount, and whether auto-renewal is on — and switch to a yearly billing cycle for a discount, if you'd like to save instead of cancelling.

App Store subscriptions

1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap Your Account.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Tap Renderforest.
5. Turn off Automatic Renewal (or Auto-Renew).

Google Play Store subscriptions

1. Open the Google Play app.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
