In the preferences section of your account, you have the option to modify certain privacy settings for your projects. You can choose how you want to receive notifications by toggling on either email notifications or browser notifications.

Your profile and edited videos are available only to you. The videos that you create with Renderforest will be marked unlisted by default. Unlisted videos can only be seen by people who have a link to them. You can also make your videos private, so they'll be visible only to you, or you can make them available for other Renderforest users to see or share. Unchecking the ‘Allow featuring’ toggle will prevent your video from appearing in Renderforest Gallery. Please, note that in case of public availability for other users, Renderforest is not responsible for the way the data is used. Be careful before giving your information to anyone else or making it publicly available.

How and why does Renderforest collect my data?

As soon as you open our website, we'll track your data automatically. We use cookies to improve user experience, but they are not harmful. Unfortunately, our site won't work for those who disable cookies as they keep you signed in. Go to our Privacy Policy page to get more information.


How does Renderforest protect my personal information?

We store all your information in secure databases to ensure the safety of your personal data. Information that could include credit card numbers or other financial details will be deleted from our servers right after the transaction. For more details, go to our Privacy Policy page. If you have issues regarding security measures, please contact us at support@renderforest.com.


Can I ask for a copy of my personal information?

Yes, you have the right to access and obtain a copy of the data that we possess. Contact us at support@renderforest.com, and after verifying your identity, we will send you an electronic copy of your personal information within 72 hours. The only case we won't be able to give you access to your personal information is if it affects the rights and freedom of others.


What happens to my personal information after I delete my Renderforest account?


After you delete your account, all your personal information will be deleted as well.

Please note, that once you remove your account, you won't have access to our services. If you want to rejoin us, you will need to complete a new registration process, as we won't be able to restore your previous account.
