Vendor Terms and Conditions

We encourage you to familiarize yourself with Renderforest's vendor terms and conditions for a clear understanding of our policies. You can find the full text in the "Vendor Terms and Services" section of our Terms and Conditions.

You may request to become a Vendor if you:

• Are a large enterprise or business representative.
• Have an annual turnover of more than $1 million USD.
• Are willing to subscribe to the Annual Business plan with 3 seats only.

As a Vendor, Renderforest commits to constantly updating the templates library, maintaining high service quality, and providing 24/7 customer support. Renderforest may reach out to request further information or documentation to verify tax status, and will provide what's needed to complete an authorization form, agreement, price quote, or W-8 form (used to confirm non-US tax status) as required by your company. Terms of Payment

As a Vendor, Renderforest issues an invoice once both parties have signed the authorization form or agreement. Payment is made according to the remittance instructions Renderforest provides. Once payment is received, your subscription is enabled.
