Invoices

Renderforest makes managing invoices easy for its users. All of your invoices can be found under the "My Account" page, in the "Invoices" section. You can filter your invoices from the left-side dropdown and proceed with further actions.

You can also download your paid invoices from this section by hovering your mouse over the "Actions" section and clicking on Details.

It's important to note that each time you check the price of a plan or product, the system creates an unpaid invoice. However, no charges will be made until you click on the "Pay" button. These unpaid invoices are simply a record of your attempt to check the price of the product. If you don't need these unpaid invoices, they can be removed easily. Simply go to the "My Account" page, click on "Invoices" and choose the unpaid ones from the dropdown menu. Then, select the corresponding invoice and click on the trash icon to remove it.

To update your billing address and VAT number on an invoice, follow these steps:

• Go to the "Invoices" section under "My Account"

• Select the desired invoice and click on "Details" under the "Actions" column

• Open the invoice and click the "Add address & VAT Number" button.

Payment Methods 

Renderforest accepts the following payment methods:

Credit and Debit Cards: we accept both credit and debit cards. You'll be able to choose your preferred method of payment before processing it. We accept the following types of card payments: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover Card, JCB, Diners Club, and Debit Card.

PayPal: Renderforest accepts PayPal payments. Please note that PayPal is available for payments in euros and US dollars.

Google Payment / Apple payment: if you have Renderforest Android or IOS app on your mobile you can process the payment using one of the methods respectively 

Yookassa: if you are paying from Russia, you will be redirected to pay through Yookassa provider using one of these methods: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, MIR, JCB, ЮMoney
