1. Unlimited Generation (Pro & Business Plans)
Users on Pro or Business plans enjoy the benefit of Unlimited AI generation even after their premium credits hit zero:

Unlimited AI Videos: Keep creating 5-second videos using the Renderforest Fast model (one render at a time).

Unlimited AI Images: Continue generating images using the standard Renderforest AI model.

Note: The Lite plan has a fixed limit (400 credits), so "Unlimited" generation is exclusive to the Pro and Business tiers.

2. Refill Your Credits Anytime
If you need high-end premium models (like Sora or Seedance) immediately:

You can Buy AI Credits directly from your account dashboard as a one-time purchase.

These credits are added to your balance instantly, allowing you to use advanced AI features without waiting for your next renewal.

3. Use Your Template Exports
Your subscription also includes HD Template Exports, which are separate from your AI credits:

Even with zero AI credits, you can still use the 1,200+ pre-designed templates in our library.

Depending on your plan, you can export these as HD720, Full HD1080, or Ultra HD 4K using your plan's specific export allowance.

4. Credit Refresh: Your Personalized Schedule
Your AI credit balance is tied to your individual billing cycle rather than the first of the month:

Anniversary Reset: Your credits refresh automatically every month on the exact date you purchased your subscription.

Example: If you started your plan on the 12th, your new credits will be added on the 12th of every following month.
